你所想的，所说的。。都是因为你认为这样对我不是很好。。

看了一边文章。。有时，夫妻反而不会对另一半说一些会让对方担心，伤心的话。。
担心的事，也只会对好朋友说。。
伤心的话，也只会留在心里。。

也许，我还是想把这个世界的人全都当成好人吧！！
虽然，很明白这样想是很愚蠢。。但这样比较快乐喔！！

Shine shine - we are family after all

Happy new year to everyone...
Happy new year to dear dear...this year count down..we were not together..
din really plan up for the count down..mayb due to we are getting older bah....

my new year even and count down..i was with my working paper and thought of the audit program..
manage to change a job before new year..
currently still need to learn and adapt to this new environment..
hope everyhing will be fine in this new year..

After working these few years..find that sometimes dream is still a dream..
we must always work very hard in order to achieve certain goal..
i believe that both dear and shine are working very hard for our goal in the budget ya..
i am not sure how much i can..but i will really try my best..

Not matter how..the most i wish to have is happiness for our family..
i dun mind how ppl look at me..
i dun mind how ppl think of me..
i dun mind..the most i need is happiness for each n every of my family members..

I believe that we are together and always like tat..united as much as we were in our childhood time..
Human being used to change..due to environment..due to people you meet..due to many other external factors..
but shine still believe that family relationship won't change..

Trust me..k?
Give every of them a chance..
Try to open your heart to get to know them..
They are not so bad..if compare to others ya..
They are having good points also..
Give them a chance to know you as well...
We are family after all..isn't?

dear dear: happy new year 2009

i usually dun go for new year celebration except last year at victoria harbor in hongkong, count down with a large crowd, cheers as well as the best night scene.

and come to this year, the only special thing is nothing special, superb noobish, boring mediacorp count down program make me sleep before the count down. damn..... happy new year 2009 in my dream!

recieve lots of sms to wish me happy new year, sorry tat i lazy to reply :P thanks & wish u with all the joys in this year :)


a summary for year 2008,

Jan, invest in stupid fund and paper loss for more than s$5k as on current.

Apr, bought my first car "xiao ke ai", still satisfied with its performance and fuel consumption based on the price i given

Aug, trip to vietnam, i luv the local ice coffee and beef noodle :P

Sep, ROM, finally settle down with shine shine :$

Nov, pay cut. damn.. :@

Dec, damn again!! rental increase, no bonus, no increment :@ :@ :@


wish in year 2009?!

1. family healthy

recently bz with financial planning for year 2009, i just learn a phrase from one of my boss "fail to plan is plan to fail." since i am a planning engineer, dun wish to have a failure life. now still struggling how to achieve my goal :S

dear dear: Car Loan Vs Housing Loan

currently i am having car loan, housing loan with am bank & hsbc respectively.

after m'sia government review BLR, my housing loan interest rate drops from 6.75% to 6.5%. (thanks for hsbc bank drop 0.25%, i check with some other banks, their BLR drops only 0.2% which is 6.55%).

ding~~~ sth comes to my mind!!

since the housing loan interest rate drops while car interest rate holds still, how if i withdraw the housing loan money (my housing loan is fully flexible package, can withdraw money which i pay extra earlier at any time without inform) to make a full settlement for car loan. can this method save money for me? how much can i save if i make a full settlement for my car loan? from my understanding, the car loan is hire purchase, so interest rate calculate method is different from the housing loan.

after making research from the web, i came out with the conclusion tat full settlement of car loan now give a better value.

actually i can save rm1680 for about 5 years (roughly rm330 yearly) but the most important is tat i no need to go 2 banks to make payment every month, and it could save lots of trouble from me.

well, this case study is only applicable if BLR remains at 6.50% in the coming 5 years. if BLR rises, i might lose. if BLR drops, i could save more. it looks like a gamble, yet i dun foresee the BLR would rise in the coming 2 years.

wonder if my calculation is correct as my engineering background, can any1 from account or finance enlighten me?!

Shine shine - Thursday Afternoon

mm..quite some times dear din update our blog..he was still bz over the work and meeting...
luckily this weekend he dun need to work...

last night after work..dear went to have dinner with his colleague and boss..
while shine need to settle myself..such a long time din reli have dinner alone...
feel so lonely..keke...
just realise that dear dear is part of my life..

since i have been together with deardear...also realise that mami seldom call me ya..
mostly is becos she is bz over taking care sister's baby - xiao guan you and she is comfortable with shine who has dear dear take care bah...

another 4 more days..is my last day with current boss..
im not sure stepping out from audit firm is good choice or not..
but i must give myself a chance to try out and to find a more stable life which is good for myself and dear dear...

is lunch time again!!
deardear are very busy over his work recently...continuously work for two weekends...
so pity neh...sat need to work..dear went out early in the morning while shine still hugging piglet and slept like a big pig ..keke...

frens asking me what is the difference between before ROM and after ROM...

seem deardear is getting more and more dote on shine shine.. :)

then people start to address me as Madam...which i am still learning to adapt to this address...

apart from that, frens will keep on reminding me that deardear is my hubby as i am not use to address him as my hubby in front of frens..haha...

we are getting busy over a lot of small/big matters..but no matter how, we must work out together oo..

Thanks for everything that hubby have given to me..

sometimes i will wonder...even if shine will have to leave before you, that will be good enough as i have such a good hubby and superdear who walks into my life..

U're the missing part of me in the world...i have found you and i will treasure everyday with you...
