Shine shine - I'm just tired...

Went to aunty funeral last weekend, saw her laying and everyone was praying her..
this remind me of grandmum's death few years ago...
frankly speaking everyone expect of this day to come as she was having cancer...

i really duno what to say at that time..looking at my parent...they are getting old while most of the time i was only busy over the work and fre...mayb i should spend more time with them in future..i.e. to accompany them shopping, to have a short trip with them...and many many...not just buying thing to them bah...

was planning to have a short trip with deardear...both of us taking leave in 2 of may yet until now we have not yet really plan on it...mayb i was to busy over the whole April and leaving all alone for deardear...just now we just blamed each other on this matter...

i dun mind to go anywhere...cos it should be a happy trip ...end up we both unhappy over planning this trip..sometimes...i should say we both wrong...as i should not say i dun wanna go beach...but really scare of the strong sunshine...but duno when dear said starting to plan up where to go....until this week....nothing coming out...

few weeks ago...u are bz over the xiao ke ai...then bz over the loan agreement...while im bz over the work...

haizzzz...mayb really too late to say who is right or who is wrong...cos it really doesn't matter already...

so if anyone was planning to go anywhere or having trip...is better to plan early early ooo....dun end up like us ya..

dear dear - audio cd burning

been a long time never use my dvd burner. after owning xiao ke ai, feel like to burn some audio cd so tat could listen during riding, but............. my "SXNY" dvd burner spoilt, grrrrrrrrr.... somemore, it spoilt my 3 cdr. wth...

no choice, i used my shine shine laptop to burn it out, but the quality burnt out is bery bery lousy (the software i used is wxndows mxdia pxayer) i wonder if this is hardware or software problems..

then my lucky star came, this is yun feng (one of my housemate). he is quite a weird but nice guy (if u wanna hear a story about him, it could be another long story, maybe ask my shine shine to tell u all, haha..) he got a spare internal cd burner (combo, brand SXMSUNG), it is black in color and just match with my cpu casing. hehe.. we took more than an hour to install this burner to my computer coz we made some idiotic mistakes.. haha..

at this time, i used another software to burn (Acoustica MP3 CD Burner), yesss.... it was successful and the audio cd quality is satisfy. hehe... planning to burn few more audio cd tonite.

moral of the story,

1) dun buy "SXNY" dvd burner, even though it look elegent and classic but it is too sensitive and get spoilt easily, try this brand SXMSUNG,

2) dun use the common cd burning software, ie wxndows mxdia pxayer, rxal player, itxne. the quality is sucks

dear dear - shine shine's aunty passed away

my shine shine recieved a bad news when she called home last nite, shine shine's aunty has just passed away. i have seen her aunty three times. first time is at shine shine's bro ROM dinner, another two is at her aunty home.

shine shine said she turned to thinner after the deceases. the whole family and even doctor could not help much. we even call my doctor fren from taiwan, but he also gave no advise. sad....

think whole shine shine family is now in a low morale. pray everything gonna be all rights...

our 1st time...going kl by train ooo...

It has been one week...whole week i dun really have time to look at the updated blog from my deardear...feel sooo sorry for him as i was too busy over the work ya...

well...how to say...im glad to be one of team for current job as i reli got to learn a lot from everyone..im glad to have a deardear who love me so much and always caring me a lot, patient enough to talk to me and wait for me all the while...

keep it short..my whole week...except for the work...shine just felt sleepy...haha...

my 1st time went to kl by train at late nite on friday with deardear...it's fun enough but i could not get enough sleep as i was worry that v might over sleep ya..the whole nite, i woke up about three times to check where we are ooo..

mm...shine need to climb up to the upper level while deardear slept at the lower level...actually quite enjoy and excited as early in the morning...we will able to get to see our "xiao ke ai" oo...which is the car dear bought from anderson...

frankly speaking...shine dun really know lot about the car...or even modify car..but the 1st time, seeing the "xiao ke ai"...shine like it...haha...

we reach kl sentral about 6:30am...walking around at the kl sentral...seem nothing had been changed except for myself...had been working about 3 years...it really a long time for me ya...even just started the new job but i still prefer to study rather than working oo...haha...

about 7:30am...met up with anderson and see our "xiao ke ai"...we both excited to see it...mmm...forgot to bring along my camera...or i will help deardear to take picture in front of the kl sentral with xiao ke ai ooo....

too bad we din really got chance to shop around at kl ooo....as shine is needed to back for work... :( and yet now my director told me she can manage herself with the work....
so i can do smth on tml except for work lol..

Dear driving all the way bck from kl to jb...mmm...this xiao ke ai...very different from xiao ying oo....shine was thinking how to help dear to decorate all the thing ooo...but not too gal gal style...or xiao ke ai will become shineshine's xiao ke ai liao...hehe...

dear....last nite...shine really a bit scare to sleep alone with you accompany...even u are near to me...but still scare oo...

tenture: 15 years
lock in tenture: 3 years, penalty 3% of original loan amount
interest rate: BLR + 0.25% for first 3 years
BLR - 1.35% for remaining years

total repayment: $256,667.45

loan amount : 170k + 6k (penalty cost for exiting previous package)

current BLR is 6.75%. there is a 7k difference between 2 packages, quite worthed it. but the problem is only 1 standxxx charterxx bank at jb and not so convenient to reach there. i am thinking of asking public bank to offer me, but could not find any contact.

or should i refinance after 3 years (after lock in period) anyone can advise?

dear dear - a gentleman went for a facial treament

omg, a gentleman went for a facial treament last sunday?!

yes, tat blardly shit gentleman is me :(( my gf had me there and i could complain nothing.

it took me about 1 and a half hour laying on the bed, the beautician used 101 components rugging on my face, she even pitched out my pimple oooo. arghh... i feel so sleepy yet i dare not fall alseep, i was so scared tat my beauty face would be gone by the time i wake up :P beautician tried to explain lots of things to me, but i dun understand at all. she even tried to convince me to do the laser treatment on my beard. omg... anyone could rescue me from there?! argh...

anyway, a great experience for me. my beauty face turns to be smoother a bit after treatment (of coz la, the treatment is not cheap at all, anyway i am using my shine shine package :p) next time should take a photo before and after treatment to share with u, haha... :P

have read through what dear wrote on the blog...
mm....what to say ya....
shine also duno...but it is really true for us that seem hard for us to saving...as most of the time, we really cant stop thing happen which beyond our control...

shine also spend quite a lot recently...due to mami's health condition seem not getting weak after start taking care of the little baby xiao guan you...just pray that mami will get better after eating the calcium pill ya...hope that really helps her ooo...actually mami's health condition is not really good since long time yet maybe due to the tiring of looking after baby then it result mami getting weak ya...
mm...nvm...just pray for mami and xiao guan you will get healthy ya...haha...

dear...shine cant stop to having shopping and therefore shopping can't cancel from the list oo...
that is the only One thing that shine can relax and release my stress neeehh...

mm...secondly,Movie...at least once a month...is that okay?and we try not to watch it at sg...back to jb to watch bah...is that good idea?hehe...

third..regarding the investment...what shine suggest will be...we can do a little little 1st ya...that can let us test test the water 1st...do u agree ya??

dear dear - monthly budget

have been working for about 3 years in singapore. still find myself running out of budget from time to time especially when encounter urgent cases. been thinking a way to solve it out for quite long, yet could not find the best way as urgent cases come one after one :(

1. reduce monthly monthly expenses

• nomore credit card, nomore movie, nomore dinner outsides (wuaaa... i could feel my shine shine is running to slap me from behind if she c this)

2. increase monthly income

• invest in fund - oredi invest using cpf, but dun forseen a high return (sometimes even lose, arghhhh) anyway, a long term investment plan, not a good solution if petty cash needed.
• invest in stock - been a bear market since last election in malaysia, think it is abt the time to step in. need expert's opinions as me still a noob newbie. anyone can help?!
• invest in housing property - also a long term plan, from the opinion from a great future-dad-in-law, market more than satuated as supply is much more higher than demard in JB, u could not get a return unless u could get a friendly tenant there.
• invest in plantation - as if i am a millionaire....
• invest in Red Island Cafe (IRC) - it has been discussed like a hot cake in the malaysia forum , i wonder it works or not. keep on monitoring or anyone can advise?
• invest in 4D, Toto, Soccer Betting - my shine shine will backsnap me if she find out :p

3. reduce probability of urgent cases

• pray to god tat my dad w0nt lose current job again
• pray to god tat my granddad is healthy and nomore shouting to c doc
• pray to god tat watever, watever and watever

in summary, i could still able to survive but never get rich :(

shine shine - workhard together ooo

Since the first day, deardear create this blog...shine shine dun reli have the chance to look into it in details...as shine was busy over the current job...just finish the left over work and shine able to talk to the CFO with all the figure ya...so good luck to shine ooo...hope not getting scolded for nothing yoo...

Have been worked with this current employer about one month plus..and i feel that i really still have quite lot of thing to learn up from them...so shine shine must add oil on it yoo..but will really need to say sorry to my dearest dear...as even i back to home early i will still need to touch up the work...dun really have the time to talk to him...and every nite, dear was the one need to wait shine for dinner...

Actually the other day...when shine got to see the news about there was some problem for the flight from HK to LA...shine really spend the whole day...think about if i should tell deardear or not...shine feel that sometimes i am really selfish in the sense that dear is only for shine...yet i cant really keep...as just feel that i should at least tell dear about this matter...

Shine really duno if im doing the right thing or not ya...but becos of love u...shine will share every little thing to dear...shine shine must believe in dear...hope what i have done is correct to myself and dear...;p

A bit worry on dear's xiao ke ai - savvy ooo...mayb sometimes shine really think too much...that is what normally auditor does...hope we able to get the car at least by next week oo..im looking forward the trip to kl with dear to bring xiao ke ai back ya..hehe...

i was injured since last soccer match on last sat. now my big thumb of left foot is swollen just a pig. today on urgent leave coz cant drive to work :P a slacking day for me, muahahhaha :D

now looking forwards to this coming sat, coz might c my xiao ke ai lo :D
